The Environmental Management system of Tuper Exhaust Systems meets the deployment of its Integrated Environment and Quality Policy
Environmental Principles of Tuper:
- Compliance with environmental laws;
- Ongoing enhancement of its environmental performance;
- Pollution prevention applied to its processes and products;
- Transparency in information on environmental protection;
- Assessment of its environmental performance through indicators;
- Conservation of natural resources through aware consumption and recycling;
- Proper disposal of solid wastes.
In order to ensure that these principles are pursued it has prepared an Environmental Quality Management System handbook, which aligns its activities striving for excellence in products and processes.
It also conducts surveys of environmental impacts and related aspects, in order to steer actions that boost its performance and avoid potential problems at its facilities and elsewhere.
In 2005, Tuper Exhaust Systems was awarded ISO 14001: 2004 certification, reflecting the commitment of the company and its employees to the environment, sustainability and the quality of life.
