Tuper Exhaust Systems is endowed with strategic comparative advantages, such as latest generation equipment and a highly qualified engineering staff that is constantly updated. This ensures a pro-active stance at all project phases, ranging from product conceptualization through series production.
To do so, it works with:
- Prototypes area with specific staff and equipment, allocated fulltime to these activities.
- Modern product development technology, including the use of CAD/CAE Software for noise simulations, CFD and durability.
- Engineering staff that participates actively in discussion groups ran by professional entities such as the Mobility Engineer’s Society (SAE), Automotive Engineering Association (AEA) and the Association of Vehicle Emission Control Equipment Manufacturers (AFEEVAS) for South America.
- Laboratory for studying materials, welding analyses, chemical composition assays and mechanical resistance.
