Moto Honda Amaz\u00f4nia (Brazil) celebrated the production of its 30 millionth motorcycle. The milestone featured the newly launched CG 160 Titan 2025, the top-of-the-line version of the first model produced by the company in Brazil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To celebrate this achievement, an internal ceremony was held at the company’s manufacturing facility in Manaus (AM). The event was attended by Toshihiro Mibe, President and CEO of Honda Motor Co. Ltd., who visited Brazil for the first time, and Arata Ichinose, President of Moto Honda da Amaz\u00f4nia and Honda South America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Partnership with Tuper<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In general, the two-wheeler sector relies on Tuper’s steel tubular solutions. The company supplies a complete range of tubes and parts, as well as welded assemblies. These items are used in various components such as steering columns, handlebar tubes, chassis tubes, side stand tubes, wheel spacers, rear fork tubes, seat reinforcement tubes, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tuper boasts a technologically advanced manufacturing facility with high production capacity. Additionally, it offers a variety of processes, including laser cutting, bending, drilling, robotic welding, and others, serving different projects from automakers and system suppliers. The tubes and profiles can be supplied in over a hundred types of steel, providing greater efficiency to the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a business partner of Honda since 2006, Tuper received commemorative gifts related to this important milestone. The celebratory material was handed over to Rog\u00e9rio Navarro Diniz, Tuper’s account manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The significance of being part of this achievement highlights the quality of Tuper\u2019s portfolio. It\u2019s also important to note that, daily, around 5,700 units leave the production line at the Manaus factory, which was inaugurated in 1976, producing 18 motorcycle models. Therefore, this is a fundamental milestone for Tuper as well, celebrating its partnership with a major market leader in the sector, which serves a wide range of customer profiles and provides mobility solutions for both work and leisure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
