In another round of events aimed at the auto parts replacement market, Tuper Exhaust Systems sought to exchange experiences with its customers and partners in São Paulo (Brasil).
On April 14, the team from Suporte, a Tuper customer, was the first to attend the workshop “Exhaust System Installation.” During the event, participants discussed best practices for replacing exhaust components, the current state of the automotive market, and tips for boosting sales.
The second day of the event welcomed the team from the reseller Joia Escapamentos. In addition to the technical aspects of installation and damage prevention for exhaust components, the workshop provided an open forum for sharing everyday experiences among retailers, fostering knowledge building and strengthening relationships among participants.
To conclude the event series, the team from Vieira Auto Center attended the workshop on April 16. As with the previous sessions, the Tuper team led discussions on safe replacement practices for exhaust components, emphasizing the importance of using certified replacement parts that comply with all quality standards, such as certifications from the National Environmental Council (CONAMA) and the National Institute of Metrology, Standardization and Industrial Quality (INMETRO). They also highlighted the value of products backed by strong customer service and warranty policies.
