Qualifica Program – A Success Storye sucesso
The Qualifica Program was created in 2021. The initiative was launched with the goal of providing resources for employees to develop technical skills focused on the company’s business areas. In short, the project aims to enhance both performance and professional development.
So far, around 129 people have completed the program, including the most recent graduating class. Approximately 40 participants are currently enrolled in ongoing courses.
It’s worth noting that the mentors and instructors involved in the Qualifica Program include master’s and PhD-level professionals from Unisociesc and other partner institutions.
As a result, the company benefits from having even more well-prepared professionals ready to face upcoming challenges. Furthermore, the knowledge acquired throughout the program is expected to contribute to the company’s overall development.
