Tuper is present in large photovoltaic solar energy generation projects located in various parts of the country and aims to expand this participation. To fully serve this market, it has prepared itself for the production of steel solutions for structures that can be applied to various types of projects, such as fixed ground structures and trackers, carports, agrivoltaic projects, among others.
These products can be made available in black, painted galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, pre-galvanized, and in Magnelis® steel and are manufactured according to market-required standards and in different material option.
Here are the options:
AMT SolarSyst 300
AMT SolarSyst 350
Aço civil 300
Aço Civil 350
Compliant with standards:
ABNT NBR 8261
ASTM A 500
ASTM A 36
The structural profiles for use in the structures are produced in U, U Reinforced, U Hat, G Semi-Reinforced, Z, and Z Reinforced models, with thicknesses ranging from 1.80 mm to 25.40 mm. The items are profiled with lengths from 1 m to 12 m and bent with lengths from 1 m to 6 m, and they can also receive automated drilling in-line.
As for the structural tubes, also designed for use in photovoltaic structure solutions, they are manufactured in carbon steel with longitudinal welding, in the following shapes and dimensions:
Round Tubes – 15.87 mm to 339.70 mm
Square Tubes – 20 x 20 mm to 260 x 260 mm
Rectangular Tubes – 12 x 40 mm to 250 x 300 mm
Thickness – 0.75 mm to 16.00 mm
Lengths – up to 14.5 m
