The foreign market is highly attractive, both in terms of the business volume it can generate and the positive visibility it provides to brands. However, it is essential that exportation is part of a long-term strategy, not just a response to occasional demand. Companies operating in the international market become more competitive in their home market as well, diversify their sources of revenue, and expand their customer base. Tuper maintains strong relationships with the international market in various segments, and within the agricultural sector, where it already has a significant presence among local manufacturers, it recently shipped the first batch of parts destined for the North American agricultural market.

Tuper’s Agricultural Market Accounts Manager, Almir Rogério de Lima, explains that over the years, the company has specialized to meet the necessary innovation for this segment. According to Lima, these characteristics are the path to exportation. “With the expertise gained through experience and the continuous evolution of products and processes, Tuper becomes a recognized supplier to meet the most demanding demands of agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturers in the United States. The supply of parts is already happening, which represents an important step that positions Tuper as a global supplier to the industry,” he says.

The evolution of agriculture and the new industrial demand

Today, Brazil ranks as one of the world’s leading grain producers, trailing only countries like China, the United States, and India and showing great potential for production growth. Agriculture is one of the largest contributors to the country’s GDP, with a trend toward expansion, and major players are paying attention to this potential. Global manufacturers of agricultural machinery have at least one plant in Brazil, and it is believed that this will be a consistent investment bet. Expert projections indicate that in ten years, grain production in Brazil is expected to double, leading to growth in various related sectors within the production chain.

For Lima, it is important for industries to align with this economic trend, and he emphasizes that significant technological advancements are occurring in the sector, which will bring new demands in the near future. “Tuper has refined expertise, with many years of experience in the production of exhaust systems for vehicles and machinery used in agriculture and construction. These segments are expected to undergo significant evolution, just like the automotive sector itself. Steel is a fundamental element in this process, as it better meets the demands of automakers, with no other material offering equivalent performance. It’s important to be in line with the new proposals,” he says.

The company is prepared for the evolution of this market with the Tuper Automotive Systems and Automotive Parts manufacturing units. The global scenario is expected to evolve rapidly, technological changes are already happening, and the world is preparing for the new, with Tuper being part of the movement. “To meet the new market requirements, more than just technology is needed: there must be synchronization between technology, raw materials, quality, and services, and to align with these characteristics, Tuper has been striving to be increasingly adaptable,” Lima concludes.
